After defeating appendiceal cancer in his early 20s, Louie channeled his formidable energy into becoming an undefeated MMA featherweight champion, celebrated as an INQredible Pinoy by the Philippine Daily Inquirer for his remarkable achievements.
Louie stands out as the first Filipino cancer survivor to complete the challenging FWD North Pole Marathon, demonstrating his extraordinary endurance by finishing his first full triathlon at Ironman Philippines shortly thereafter.
In the business world, Louie held pivotal roles in strategy, procurement, and transformation, advancing to leadership positions that shaped significant corporate strategies and growth initiatives.
His strategic prowess was further showcased on the international stage as a standout finalist in the first season of Netflix’s “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition,” where he excelled in all business challenges under his leadership.
Louie is a motivational speaker, using his story of resilience and achievement to inspire a wide range of audiences. He has also contributed his expertise as an educator, having served as an adjunct professor and industry lecturer of procurement and supply management at the University of Makati, Jose Rizal University, and Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City.
Currently, Louie leads strategy, marketing, operations, and transformation for a US real estate company and founded his consultancy, Neovirtus Consulting. Additionally, he contributes his expertise to Whitehall Consulting and Projexium Consulting as a Partner.
Louie holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and a certified procurement professional of the Chartered Institute for Procurement & Supply (CIPS) and the Philippine Institute for Supply Management (PISM), underscoring his deep commitment to continual learning and leadership excellence.
